On multiple occasions, Amy Austin provided outstanding support to HPE Financial Services. First was related to the messaging development of a new virtual platform. The content required Amy to quickly learn an industry and topic in which she was not familiar. She did this quickly and with ease. The second engagement was on a 6-month retainer basis where Amy focused her energy on helping us develop video scripts, collateral messaging and a host of other projects. Amy is a personable individual with an extensive understanding of healthcare marketing. I had the pleasure of working with Amy to design a “Tool Kit” for Iowa Lions Club Volunteers. The Kit details new Iowa legislation requiring proof of vision screenings for young children. The Kit also contains various materials to support access to vision screening opportunities. Amy demonstrated mastery in putting together a promotional plan, and she was positive, engaging and collaborative to work with.

Amy was an integral member of the MyChart implementation team during its roll out at the University of Iowa Health Care. In particular, Amy developed the patient educational materials as well as the television, print, radio, and direct mail campaign. The University of Iowa has some of the highest rates of MyChart activations due in large part to the strategy during the introduction of the service.
