There comes a time when video documentation of your stories and business important. But how do you do that? And when do you do it?
During my conversation with Jillian and Matt Love of Love Creative, we talk about the importance – especially in times of crisis or transition- of capturing the events happening in your business. Often the value of these stories will mean much more to your brand than you realize at the moment. And once the moment has passed, you can not get it back.
While some of our conversation focuses on documenting the stories of our businesses during the pandemic, the advice the Love’s provider is applicable to any time of our business. Shooting video of what may seem like the every day happenings can capture moments and actions to illustrate the value you bring to your clients in a way you could never recreate otherwise.
About Jillian and Matt Love
Jillian and Matt Love are the husband/wife team and owners at LoveCreative, a video agency based in the Chicagoland. Anyone can shoot a video. We capture authentic brand stories through intentional images that speak clearly to your audience.
Matt is an obsessive visual perfectionist. Every detail has its precise purpose: the lighting, the colors, the lens, editing and music selection. It’s all intricately weaved together to set a specific style, aesthetic and tone.
Jillian is all about the economy of words. Her favorite quote comes from Mark Twain, “The difference between the almost right word and the right word is really a large matter – ’tis the difference between the lightning-bug and the lightning.” She uses her background in journalism and marketing to extract the story out of the information.
Our individual passions collide to design visual creative uniquely authentic to the brands we partner with.
